Elite package deposit
Your deposit reserves your procedure date at HAIROCKET, a hair-restoration clinic in Tamarac, Florida, with Florida-licensed surgeons. It is 10% of the Elite package price ($8,000) and is deducted from your package total — it is not an extra charge. Your personal plan (the PDF your coordinator sent you) describes your treatment and everything your package includes. Please pay the deposit only once your coordinator has confirmed your plan and date.
Deposit$800
Deducted from your package total. Refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your procedure. See the deposit terms.
