Deposits
A deposit reserves your procedure date and is deducted from your package total. We ask for a deposit only after your surgeon has confirmed that you are a suitable candidate for the procedure.
Cancelling and refunds
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled procedure, your deposit is refunded in full.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before your procedure, or do not attend, the deposit is not refunded.

How refunds are paid
- Card and PayPal payments are refunded through PayPal, to the card or PayPal account that paid.
- Bank transfers are refunded by bank transfer to the account the payment came from.
Banks and PayPal set their own processing times for the money to reach you.
