HMBSUPPLYGROUP LLC ("we") runs this deposit site, deposit.hairocket.com, for patients of HAIROCKET — Hairocket Hair Transplant Clinic by Turkish Experts — a brand of HMBSUPPLYGROUP LLC, who reserve a procedure date at our clinic at 7710 NW 71st Ct, Tamarac, FL 33321. Deposits are received by HMBSUPPLYGROUP LLC. This notice covers the deposit site. What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number, and the quote number if you enter one.
- The deposit itself: amount, currency, payment method, status, dates and payment references.
- Technical information needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address and browser type.
We never collect or store card numbers or bank login details.
How payments are processed
- Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. You enter your card or PayPal details on PayPal's own secure forms; PayPal tells us only the result and reference of the payment. PayPal's privacy statement applies to the information you give PayPal.
- Bank transfers are paid to the business account of HMBSUPPLYGROUP LLC with Wise. When a transfer arrives, Wise shows us the sender's name, the amount and the reference.
- Payment processors receive only what they need to process the payment: the amount, the currency, our reference and the description "HAIROCKET deposit". We never send them medical information.
How we use your information
- To create your deposit, take and confirm your payment, and send your receipt.
- To reserve your procedure date and link the deposit to your treatment plan.
- To handle cancellations and refunds under our refund policy.
- To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires, and to prevent fraud and misuse.
Who we share it with
- PayPal (card and PayPal payments) and Wise (bank transfers).
- Our email provider, which delivers payment confirmations and receipts.
- Legal authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.
