What the site is for
The site lets patients pay the deposit that reserves a procedure date at our clinic. Amounts are shown in the currency on each page. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fees, for example for international transfers or currency conversion.
Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Your surgeon confirms your treatment plan in person.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms. Bank transfers are made to the account of HMBSUPPLYGROUP LLC shown on your payment page. A payment counts once it has been received; we confirm it by email.
Your payment link
Each payment page has a private link. Keep it to yourself: anyone with the link can see the payment details.
Refunds
Refunds follow our refund policy and the deposit terms.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown when you pay applies to your payment.
